OUR PROGRAMS
We currently offer 4 different martial arts programs:
Kid Tigers
(for ages 4-5)
Lil' Dragons
(for ages 6-8)
Juniors
(for ages 9-13)
Teen & Adult Program
( for ages 14 and up)
My daughter Chloe and I are having a wonderful experience with PDMA. Chloe's self-esteem has reached a different level since she started. Her self-discipline and patience are also shining through. She's having a great time and learning at the same time. I appreciate the positiveness shown to Chloe by all instructors. Thank you!!

Wyatt, like all 7 year olds, they have a wild imagination with no serious goals. Also they have enough energy for 10. Martial arts has put serious goals where imagination was and puts the energy to use in a good fun way. This makes him eager for the next class. Since my son Wyatt started martial arts he has a greater respect for himself and others. This wouldn't happen without a great instructors. Wyatt has a great respect for his martial arts instructors. They bond, communicate, and have lots of fun together.

Martial arts has taught me to realize that the important thing is not having enemies. To set your goals high enough that even if you fail you should keep trying. It has made me healthier and more flexible. I have met people I probably never would have talked to and this will help me make my decision in law enforcement. I don't have as much stress on me and I feel better about myself. I plan on staying all the way to black belt. Mr. Chenault will lead me step by step.
